This client of mine is really into getting her form right. She take pictures of the exercises to improve her understanding of the exercises being performed. On this particular day, we were using resistant bands and the TRX.
TRX Superman
I wanted to show how effective the TRX can be at building strength and stability.
TRX Atomic pike
the TRX Atomic Pike is a great exercise for the abdominal muscles. Furthermore, you work on core stability and control with your feet hanging in the air. to increase the difficulty of the TRX Atomic pike you can try it will one foot on the TRX and the other suspended in the air.
Ninja Warrior Wall Jump
Training outdoors can lead to some interesting events. I was training for American Ninja warrior when I did this wall jump. The wall itself was about '8.6" tall. I am '6.2" and this wall as you can had a few inches over my head even at the top of this jump.
Slacklining
Slacklining has been one of my favorite activities to do outdoors. Slacklining is a great unconventional way to train your body. You can really do a lot of different types of exercises on the slackline itself. Anything from push-ups, rows, step ups, and more. not to mention, because it is difficult to balance on it also does an excellent job at training stabilizer muscles.
Personal training at the North bergen, NJ Park
The was a picture of a session that I was doing a local park in North Bergen NJ. I was going over a proper way to perform a walking hip lunge. The walking hip lunge is a great way to improving hip mobility but it is also a way great to improve posture within a movement.
