If so, how can you free up some time?
One very important step to take before creating a habit is to plan for it.
This may sound tricky but it's super simple.
Start off by tracking a couple of days.
Here’s a great daily tracker that you can use.
Once you have an idea of what your day looks like, you can:
1. Add 5 minutes of movement
2.Take 5 minutes to think about your meals
3. Stop to breathe and be still for 5 minutes
Remember, being overwhelmed will not help with changing your fitness, nutrition and/or health.
Do something versus nothing.
It may not sound like much but it can get you moving toward your goals.
Any movement towards achieving your goals is better than no moment at all!
